Laughter…

Laughter is medicine. When I am facing something difficult, something that is draining and challenging, laughter will help me lighten my mood and raise my vibration. Laughter, even if for a moment, will give me a break so I can find and stop any negative thought spirals that may be starting. This helps me to look at the challenge from a different perspective, have a fresh look at it and find better solutions.

I can hide behind laughter, so I get to be mindful of that. Using it as a way of escape will only make things more difficult- it creates suffering. Using it as a tool to raise change my perspective helps me to raise my vibration and look outside the box.
