Be-ing...
I notice I have a tendency toward striving. Straining to move forward, to learn, to expand. Meditation is good for me to quiet my mind and practice being rather than doing. We are human be-ings not human do-ings, but society is typically focused on accomplishments rather than evolution.
Just for today I choose to let go of the reigns and see what happens. I will practice allowing flow rather than planning and calculating what the next steps are. I choose not to even look for the next right step, but just allow it to show up when it’s time. Today I will nourish myself by not overthinking or assuming or worrying. I will practice trusting and surrendering to The One whose timing is perfect.
