Time for some zzz's...
Have you ever felt so tired you just couldn’t stay awake? You watch tv or meditate and your eyelids seem to weigh 200 pounds? So often we think we need to push through. Stay awake until it’s “time” to go to sleep or get up and hit the ground running no matter what.
Most of the time when we feel tired, it’s simply our body telling us to rest. It’s when we’re sleeping that the body is best able to recover. Maybe we’re fighting off a cold or we’ve worked out extra hard or we’ve just not been getting enough rest at night. Whatever the reason I dare you to listen to your body and get some extra sleep. See if you feel better in the morning.
