Pardon the mess, we’re expanding…

The past couple of days have been hard. I have felt tired, heavy, anxious. It has been hard to sit still, wanting distraction from the strange energy I was feeling. I spoke with a few people last night I found out that they had been feeling the same the past few days.

As we spoke about possibilities, I realized that it’s possible that we are in the process of expansion. Our energy is shifting, the parts of our bodies that have felt disconnected are coming alive. Maybe the energy isn’t heavy or dark, but it’s unfamiliar. Maybe we are growing and evolving into new territory and discomfort is simply part of the journey.

So today I get to sit with this new energy. Not try to outrun it or change it.

Just. Breathe.
