Energy webs…

Last night I came home from work and felt a burst of self hatred and self loathing as I tripped up the stairs into the house. I felt instantly angry and was unkind to myself. As I went to sleep I prayed for help seeing where this was coming from so I could bring light and love to the part of me who has forgotten Who I am.

In meditation this morning I saw so clearly 2 individuals that I picked up judgmental, critical, unkind energy from. I felt them so clearly and was able to send that energy back to them with love and light, never to return.

It can be easy to pick up energy from those around us, especially people we are in close contact or intimate relationships with. Dense, heavy energy can be like a spider web. It’s sticky and will attract all kinds of things. I held onto this energy for years and it affected so many aspects of my life. Since I was holding their energy they, too, were stuck. Sending the energy back with love and light not only opened the healing for me, but it offered them the opportunity to heal as well.
