Hi and welcome to my blog where I talk about my journey of self discovery and finding joy along the way.

It’s time for recess, you ready to play?😃

Safe…

“A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for.” John A. Shedd

I feel like I have been making so much progress and doing things that are out of my comfort zone, then I see others who look like they are really moving forward in their lives and I feel stuck, small, disappointed. I want to have a healthy body, a loving relationship, a successful career, yet I feel like it is always out of reach. I can’t seem to find the courage to really set sail. The old story seems so loud, so familiar. How do I move on and let it go?

The truth is, there is an older, truer story of mine. The story of my soul, my Divine Truth. What if I connect to that story? What if I continue to love and hold space for Little J who feels so overwhelmed and afraid of the world while connecting to my Highest Truth?

Can you relate? Do you want to join me? Let’s see where our ships sail to.

Much love,

Jules ❤
