Allowing God in…

If we look at the fact that God created the world- the Universe, then why do we question Him? Okay, why do I question Him.

So many times in my life I have prayed for help only to try and figure out how to fix it myself. What if I were to really turn it over to God? What if He (the creator of the Universe) can’t fix my little problem cancelling an account? It sounds ridiculous, right? I don’t know about you, but I do it a lot.

So how does it look and how do I know when I need to move on something? What I’ve found it taking this to God in meditation is the best way to know what I need to do and what He will take care of. And if I’m not clear I go back to a favorite Maya Angelou quote: “When you don’t know what to do, do nothing.”. I am learning to trust that I will know what to do, then move. This takes practice, this takes patience, this takes being okay with not always doing it “right”. Pray for help to know and trust that He will lead you.

That’s my challenge to myself today. Are you in?
